Looks like it cost three times the price

I was a little hesitant about the price point but this fireplace genuinely looks premium. The ember bed effects combined with the flame colours create a beautiful warm atmosphere. The touch panel on the unit is responsive and the remote works from across the room. The thermostat is accurate and keeps the room at a consistent temperature. Very happy with this purchase.

Great product — installation took a bit of planning

The fireplace itself is excellent. The flame display is beautiful and the heating performance on the 1500W setting is impressive for our size room. My only note is that the recessed installation requires some upfront planning around the wall framing — worth reading the manual carefully beforehand. Once in though, it looks completely built-in and professional. Happy with the purchase overall.

The 10 flame colour options are endlessly enjoyable

One of the things I love most about the Luminea is the sheer variety of flame options. Ten colour settings, three speed settings, and adjustable brightness mean there are dozens of combinations to enjoy. We change the setting depending on the season, the occasion, and our mood. Beyond the aesthetics the heating is excellent and the smart controls are very convenient.

Exceeded every expectation — highly recommend

I did a lot of research before buying this fireplace and have not been disappointed in the slightest. The flame effects are the most realistic I have seen in an electric fireplace. The heating is effective and efficient. The smart controls work reliably and the app is well designed. The build quality is excellent throughout.
