Elegant Interior is under no obligation to accept a return of goods ordered by the Customer due to a customer ordering error, change of mind, unsuitability or surplus to requirements etc. No attempt should be made to return goods without prior authorisation.
Return within 14 days
It is important to us that your new products meets your expectations and that you are satisfied with the products you have ordered.
You can return a product to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods and you will receive a Elegant Interior voucher(excluding delivery costs).
Guidelines:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
For the return period, the date on the day you receive the items counts
Credit: Elegant Interior does not refund any money, but issues a voucher for the purchase amount (excl. delivery costs). No credit can be issued without prior registration.
The right of return is only valid for off-the-shelf products: custom-made products, special orders, personalised items, sale items or gift cards cannot be exchanged or returned.
If a product does not meet the above criteria, we may refuse to take it back.
