Change of Mind Returns
We offer store credit for change-of-mind returns under the following conditions:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.
- The product must remain unopened, in brand-new condition, and returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) is required.
Important:
Elegant Interior is under no obligation to accept returns for:
- Ordering errors by the customer.
- Change of mind, unsuitability, or surplus purchases.
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we comply fully with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). You are entitled to:
- A full refund, repair, or exchange.
Faulty goods must be returned with proof of purchase within the warranty period.
Limitations on Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we:
- Limit obligations to repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price.

Return Process
If your product does not meet expectations, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a store credit voucher (excluding delivery costs).
Guidelines:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be pre-registered via our customer service team (contact below).
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Credit Issuance
Refunds are issued as store credit for the purchase amount (excluding delivery costs).

Warranty Information
Lighting Products:
- Minimum 24-month warranty, provided installation is carried out by a qualified electrician (globes excluded).
- The warranty period begins from the original purchase date and does not reset upon repair or replacement.
Furniture Items:
- Covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
The electrician must verify the product's condition before installation to validate the warranty.
