We are super impressed with the look of our 60 inch electric fireplace! We are so glad we went for the larger one as it looks elegant!
I purchased this fireplace about 1.5-2 years ago and it still works great. Gives off great heat and I love all the different light variations. Perfect for a cozy night.
We love this fireplace. We previously had a traditional natural gas fireplace that took up a lot of space in our living room - the bricks came out about 3 feet from the wall. When the gas insert had to be replaced, we decided to knock out the old look and bring in the new! This unit is super cool. You can operate it from an app on your phone. You can use the remote or the buttons on the front lower right corner. It has a multitude of color combinations. It has real fire sound (3 volume levels). The 1500 watt heater has both a low and high setting. We couldn't be happier with it.If you follow the instructions and make sure the opening is the right side, it literally slides in, secures to the studs and is ready to go.
We bought this 6 months ago and once it was installed we realized a part was missing. Probably thrown out accidentally. I contacted Elegant and got an immediate response with offers to ship the replacement part right away at no cost to me. I so appreciate that they made this simple and quick and wanted to help me enjoy their product!!!
This product exceed my expectations!! It's well made, durable and worth every penny. 10/10 I highly recommend.
